Searching for a smart, organized, aggressive and hard-working Construction Project Manager at Amuneal Manufacturing Corporation supporting our largest, most high-profile projects. Industrial designers and architects welcome!

  • • 5+ years of working experience in a professional environment in the architecture, construction or custom fabrication industries.
  • • Ability to read and understand architectural and/or engineering drawings.
  • • Ability to draw in 2D CAD and/or 3D model in software such as Solidworks, Solid Edge, Rhino, Inventor, etc.
  • • High comfort level meeting and interfacing with clients at all levels of their organization.
  • • High comfort level working on construction sites conducting site surveys and coordinating with other trades. Must not be afraid to get dirty on occasion.
  • • Able to travel frequently to job sites in New York and the Philadelphia area.
  • • Strong personal organization skills.

Experience in the following areas is highly valuable for this position. Candidates must have a background or working experience that includes at least three of the areas listed below:

Driver - Transporter

Amuneal Manufacturing is seeking a Driver – Transporters to join our fast-paced, dedicated, and extremely talented team. We are seeking detail-oriented and determined candidates who will be responsible for supporting material handling, product shipments, and installations.

Minimum Requirements – basic considerations for applicants

• Experience using equipment to move material, store and secure loads, load and unload trucks

• Experienced with “normal” logistics paperwork i.e. packing slips, BOL, shipping manifest etc

Certified Structural Welder

Amuneal Manufacturing is seeking talented Structural Welders to join our fast-paced, dedicated, and extremely talented team. Candidates should have previously held certifications in structural welding and experience with on-site installation and welding. They will be responsible for both factory and on-site fabrication of custom structural features while maintaining Amuneal’s standards for safety & quality.

Minimum Requirements:

• 5+ years’ experience in certified structural welding

• Able to analyze blueprints and structural drawings to lay out the framework of a structure

• Have a good understanding of basic shop equipment (saw, drill press/Bridgeport, hand/power tools)

• Able to travel to work sites to perform installation of structural steel components for extended periods of time (up to 3 weeks)

• Experience applying welding processes such as FCAW (Flux Core Arc Welding) and SMAW (Shielded Metal Arc Welding) GMAW (Gas Metal Arc Welding) experience is a plus

• Familiarity with rigging, safety harness, fall arrest equipment, etc.

Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):

• Fit and weld metal components for large staircases and structural steel

• Inspect and evaluate welds to ensure they are free of defects and conform to specifications

• Secure and fasten structural components using clamps, braces, jacks, etc.

• Will complete OSHA 10-Hour Certification Welding Process Certifications, etc.

They will be responsible for preparing a wide variety of products and projects for finishing while minimizing rework and adhering to Amuneal’s standards for quality and safety.

Minimum Requirements:

• 5+ years’ experience in grinding and polishing metal in a custom metal shop

• Have a basic understanding of Drawings and Blueprints to determine how to lay out parts and get an understanding of what area needs work

• Have the ability to detect defects, dents or scratches in metal

• Ability to use a wide variety of basic hand finish tools, both electric and pneumatic such as: right angle grinders, die grinders, stroke sanders, orbital sanders, and hand polishers

• Work to a high level of quality, efficiency, and safety

• Comfortable with hand tools, power tools, and typical shop equipment (band saw, drill press, grinding/sanding machines, etc.)

• Capable of performing MIG & TIG welding on steel

• Performing set-up & layout for projects based on drawings

• Consistent attention to detail; ensuring highest quality of finished products and minimal rework

• Experience performing field installations, field support, and installation troubleshooting

They will be expected to be able to produce finishes on products based on both written directions (finish codes on drawings) and verbal communication. • 2+ years of experience with patina finishes

• Basic knowledge of blueprints and reading drawings

Candidates will be responsible for the full range of tasks relating to the CNC production of wood components in support of custom projects. This includes interfacing with the Engineering team to modify part files and drawings for machinability, troubleshooting technical issues with technical support, and performing general maintenance activities.

• 3+ years of experience operating wood CNC router & 3D Modeling CAD/CAM software

• Ability to re-tool & maintain CNC routers
